Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

If an attendee cannot attend an event, ticket transfers may be permitted at DUO Social Events' discretion when requested prior to the event.

​

Event Cancellation by DUO

​

If DUO Social Events cancels an event, attendees will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• Credit toward a future event, at DUO Social Events' discretion.

Event Rescheduling

​

If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. If an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, DUO Social Events may offer credit toward a future event.

Vendor, Sponsor & Partner Payments

​

Vendor, sponsor, and partnership payments are non-refundable once services, promotional activities, event planning, or production work has commenced.

Weather and Circumstances Beyond Control

​

DUO Social Events is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, venue restrictions, governmental actions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
